Proven Performance Hockey Junior Elite Skates
Proven Performance Hockey Academy is excited to announce that it will be hosting 3 Junior Elite Skates for players born between 2006 and 2010, from April 15 to April 17. These skates are designed to help players prepare for the upcoming 2025 Junior Rookie Camps which begin the following week.
The sessions will focus on fast-paced training, improving power skating, edge work, and stick and hand skills. Players will also enhance their hockey IQ through competitive drills and participate in both small and large ice scrimmages.
Note: These skates are open to players who are considering junior hockey for the upcoming season. 20 + 3 Goalies max per skate.
Dates: April 15-17 (Tues, Wed & Thurs)
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM (4.5 hours of ice time)
Cost: $130 + HST or Day Rate $50.00

ELITE JUNIOR SUMMER SKATE
Proven Performance Hockey Junior Elite Skates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-2:00pm at the Lasalle Vollmer Complex. Ages 2005-2009. These skates will be Coached by local Junior Hockey Coaches. The Elite Coaches will help prepare each player for the upcoming local Junior Tryouts in mid August. Limited spots available. 3-4 Goalies will be hand picked.

About Proven Performance Hockey
Proven Performance Hockey operates a year round hockey school in the Windsor/Essex County Community. We are staple in the Region and provide various hockey programs for every age group. We continuously Educate and update our knowledge with Hockey conferences such as Roger Neilson Coaching Clinic and Hockey Canada Seminars. We make sure the players are receiving the current skills and knowledge and provide the life skills to prepare each athlete. We are not only teachers, we coach teams in the community at the Minor Hockey to University levels, sharing our overall knowledge and increasing players overall game.
