BODY CHECKING CAMP
This camp is specifically designed to teach skills and techniques as they relate to body contact. The program will focus on Elite hockey skill development in combination with proper technique for contact and safety. The camp will expose players to contact in a controlled setting, giving the player confidence in a multitude of situations. Each skill is demonstrated with excellent technique, and then broken down into crucial components. Students are shown how to strengthen weak areas, so they can continue to grow and develop their skills and move onto more advanced abilities.
LaSalle Minor Hockey will except this as your certification for checking. This allows you to participate in LMHA Tryouts.

About Proven Performance Hockey
Proven Performance Hockey operates a year round hockey school in the Windsor/Essex County Community. We are staple in the Region and provide various hockey programs for every age group. We continuously Educate and update our knowledge with Hockey conferences such as Roger Neilson Coaching Clinic and Hockey Canada Seminars. We make sure the players are receiving the current skills and knowledge and provide the life skills to prepare each athlete. We are not only teachers, we coach teams in the community at the Minor Hockey to University levels, sharing our overall knowledge and increasing players overall game.
