Proven Performance Hockey Academy is excited to announce its 12 Junior Elite Skates. Starting Tuesday, July 8th, 12:30 -2:00 pm these skates are designed to help players prepare for the upcoming 2025-2026 Junior Tryouts.

Focus of the Skates:

These fast-paced sessions aim to develop power skating, edge work, stick handling, and hockey IQ. Players will engage in competitive drills and participate in both small and large ice scrimmages, all designed to improve their game ahead of next year's junior tryouts.

Eligibility:
These sessions are open only to players planning to play junior hockey for the 2025-2026 season.

Guest Coaches:

Random sessions will feature a special guest coach, including Upsport Coaches, local Junior Hockey coaches, and Scouts from the Windsor/Essex area.
