This Advanced program will help maintain each players skills leading up to their travel tryouts. PPH will focus on improving the individual skills of Skating, Puck Control and Shooting. The first part of each class will focus on cross-overs, acceleration, agility, power turns. Each session will include high tempo, game-type shooting drills that incorporate the skating and puck control. *1 v 1/ 2 v 2 Battle Drills Every session. We will conclude with a conditioning skate and scrimmage.
